There are several reasons you may need to permanently delete an application:
- The application was created by mistake or as a test
- Your organisation does not retain archived data
- You want to reduce retention of personal data under data protection obligations
Delete an application permanently
Only the account owner can permanently delete an application. To delete an application:
- In the Manage workspace, go to Applications
- Open the application you want to delete
- Select Delete this application permanently
- Choose one option:
- Wipe application and keep reviewing data
- Delete application and delete reviewing data
- Enter the application name to confirm
- Click Delete
The deletion happens immediately.
Good to know
- Permanent deletion cannot be undone—permanently deleted applications cannot be recovered.
- Only the account owner can delete applications permanently.
- Permanently deleting a user profile can also remove associated applications.
- Consider exporting data before deletion.
