Revert an application to 'in progress'
This feature is useful for scenarios such as:
- The grant manager submitted an application by mistake and needs to revert back to in progress so the applicant can submit it.
- If the setting Applications locked after submission has been enabled (in Settings > Applications > General) and the applicant needs to make an update to the application, the grant manager can revert it back to in progress as an exception.
You can change an application status from in progress in two places: from the Applications view and from the grant manager's view of an application.
Note: if the submitted application has already been assigned for review, it will be removed from the reviewing view when reverted to in progress.
From Applications
- In the Manage workspace, go to Applications
- Click the three dots icon to the left of the application you want to change
- Select Revert to in progress from the menu
From the manager's view of an application
- From the Manage workspace, navigate to Applications
- Click on the application you want to change
- Click the three dots icon next to Status
- Select Revert to in progress from the menu
