As a grant manager, you can edit or submit an application on behalf of an applicant. This can be useful if the applicant is unable to log in, needs support close to the deadline, or requires administrative help.
Edit or submit an application
In the Manage workspace, go to Applications
Click the application name or ID to open the manager view
Click Edit
Make the required changes
Click Save + close to save changes to an already submitted application or Submit application to submit the application on behalf of the applicant
Good to know
If you submit the application on the applicant’s behalf, the 'Application submitted' notification will be sent automatically so the applicant has a record of the submission.
Submitting on behalf of an applicant does not require them to take any action.
