If you’re transferring ownership of your program, follow these steps to prepare your new administrator.

Add the new manager

  • Add your colleague as a grant manager
  • Ensure they have the correct permissions to manage the program

Review key configuration areas

Walk the new manager through the core setup:

Share support resources

  • Direct them to the Good Grants Help Centre
  • Show them how to contact support when needed

Transfer account ownership (optional)

If required, transfer account ownership to the new manager. This ensures they receive billing and renewal communications. For instructions, see Account owner overview.
