Grants account management handover
When the time comes to hand over the reins of your Good Grants program, there are a few items to check off to help prepare your new administrator.
First, add the new manager to the system as a grant manager by following the steps outlined in this guide: My colleague requires manager access. Can I add them?
Next, review the basics of the application configuration, including:
- Utilising forms
- Form editor
- Category configuration
- Tab configuration
- Field configuration
- Round configuration
You should also show the new manager how to access support resources: Good Grants Help Centre. They can contact us anytime using this form.
Should the new manager also need to be the account owner (i.e. the person who receives invoices for subscription renewals), simply follow the instructions listed in our guide: How do I change the account owner of our program?
