You can bulk download applications from several areas of the platform.
Available locations:
- In the Manage workspace in Applications
- In the Manage workspace in Reviewing > Leaderboard
- In the Apply workspace in Applications
- In the Review workspace in Applications if bulk download is enabled
Request a bulk download
To start a download:
- Go to the page you want to download from
- Apply filters if needed
- Select the checkboxes next to the applications
- Open the Action drop-down
- Select Download
A confirmation message will appear on screen. When the download is ready, you will receive an email with a link to the zip file.
Download contents
Each zip file includes:
- One folder per application
- All attachments for the application
- A PDF containing all application fields
- Action flow fields if applicable
Good to know
- You can download a maximum of 100 application at a time. To download more than 100 application, repeat the process on each page.
- Only one bulk download can run at a time per user.
- Download links expire after 48 hours.
- Large attachments over 500 MB are included as links in a text file.
- Download times vary based on application and attachment size.
- Application folder names use the application ID and application name.

Can I download more than 100 applications at a time maximum?
List views display a maximum of 100 applications at a time. This display imposes a maximum of 100 applications that can be selected for download. The download process is very resource-intensive, adding a lot of load to servers, and so the action of performing a bulk download will be limited to 100 at a time to ensure everyone continues to have a fantastic, fast system.
Why won't the system allow me to start another download?
When a user requests a bulk download, the system will prevent another request from being submitted until the first has completed. As stated above, the download process is very resource-intensive. Initiating numerous bulk downloads at a time previously led to delays in receiving.
Can I download the same zip file whenever I want?
The link you receive in the email allows you to download the zip file for 48 hours until it expires.
How long is the bulk-download process?
It will vary depending on the size of applications, the number of attachments, and size of attachments.
Where are all of my attachments?
To increase efficiency of your downloads, all attachment files over 500MB in size will be included as a link within a text file.
