You can! The applicant form is dynamically generated when an applicant selects their desired chapter and category. For example, tabs and fields may applicable to some categories and not others. Any registered user with the permissions to create an application can download a blank PDF by following the steps outlined below.
Open the Manage workspace and navigate to Applications
Click Start application
Select your desired chapter and category
Click the Download blank application PDF for reference link
Save the document to your device
Repeat for additional chapters and/or categories as necessary
To disable this feature, navigate to Settings > Applications > General in the Manage workspace and deselect the Blank application PDF available for download checkbox.
Important:conditional fields and those that are hidden from applicants will not be displayed within the blank application PDF. If you wish to include conditional fields, create an application in the Apply workspace under Applications, fill it with placeholder/dummy information, and then use the applicant PDF option to download the form.
Note: drop-down fields will display up to 10 options. Those with more than 10 will be represented with an ellipsis.
