Chapter managers have the ability to change the category and chapter of an application even after it has been submitted. This feature is useful when an applicant submits their application to the wrong chapter.
Note: while chapter managers can move applications into other chapters, they will not be able to access the application again if it is moved out of their assigned chapter.
To accomplish this:
- In the Manage workspace, go to Applications
- Click on the three dots next to the application and click Edit
- Change the chapter
- Click Save + close
Important: if application fields are different between categories or chapters, it could result in the application being incomplete. Application data be carried over to the new category if the fields used are the same.
