For programs that do not use seasons, you may want to archive reviewing information from previous rounds or years. Archiving helps tidy up your reviewing configuration by removing old score sets, panels, and scoring criteria from active views, allowing grant managers to focus on current reviewing activity.
When a score set is archived, it becomes read-only and can no longer be edited.
How to archive a score set
In the Manage workspace, go to Reviewing > Settings > Score sets
Select the checkbox next to the score set
Open the Action drop-down and select Archive
View archived score sets
In the Manage workspace, go to Reviewing > Settings > Score sets
Open the Current drop-down at the top of the page
Select Archived
Undo archiving a score set
In the Manage workspace, go to Reviewing > Settings > Score sets
Open the Current drop-down and select Archived
Select the ellipsis (three dots) next to the score set
Archiving a score set also archives all associated panels and scoring criteria.
Archived score sets are locked and cannot be edited.
Reviewers cannot complete assignments for archived score sets.
Similar Current drop-down filters are available in Reviewing > Leaderboard, Reviewing > Settings > Panels, and Reviewing > Settings > Scoring criteria.
