You can manage which fields reviewers see in your score sets. For example, you may not want reviewers or the public to view an applicant's contact details during voting. By default all fields are visible in every reviewing mode, but you can turn off visibility for specific fields.
Step 1: configure field visibility
- In the Manage workspace, go to Reviewing > Settings > Score sets
- Click the title of the score set you want to configure
- Open the 'Display' tab
- In the 'Field visibility' section select or deselect fields to display with the Visible checkbox
- Click Save
Step 2: show or hide attachments
You can control which attachments reviewers see by associating them with custom fields. This is useful if you want to provide extra context or selectively display attachments.
- In the Manage workspace, go to Settings > Applications > Fields
- Click Add field and select your form from the drop-down
- Select Attachment field from the field resource list
- Click Next
- Provide a Label (such as "File type")
- Under 'Field type' choose Drop-down list
- Configure your options Labels and Values as required
- Under 'Field access', tick the Required box if this is mandatory
- Click Save
When applicants upload an attachment, they can select one of the configured options.
Step 3: configure attachment visibility for reviewers
- In the Manage workspace, go to Reviewing > Settings > Score sets
- Open the score set you want to edit
- Go to the 'Display' tab
- Under 'Attachments', select which attachment types reviewers should see
- Click Save
Good to know
- When configuring field visibility, the field names shown correspond to the short title of your application fields.
- Fields added to your application form after a score set has been configured will not appear automatically. You'll need to adjust the visibility for any new fields manually.
