Applicants may include their name or other identifying details in attachment file names. To keep reviewing anonymous, you can anonymise attachment downloads for reviewers.
Enable anonymised attachment downloads
In the Manage workspace, go to Reviewing > Settings > Score sets
Click the name of the score set you want to update
Open the 'Display' tab
Under 'Attachments', select Anonymise attachment download
Click Save
Good to know
Anonymised downloads remove identifying information from attachment file names.
This setting applies per score set.
Reviewers can still view attachments inline when downloads are enabled.
PDF files provided to reviewers via individual download or bulk download cannot be anonymised.
Bulk downloads and reviewing PDFs are available on Premium plans and above.
This setting supports anonymous and blind reviewing workflows, but does not anonymise individual field data.
