Assign reviewers via the Applications view

To pair reviewers with applications to evaluate, you can create panels, manual assignments, random assignments, or create pairings directly from the Applications view. To learn how to create these latter pairings, follow the steps below.

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Applications
  2. Click on the overflow menu (three dots) of an application
  3. Select Assign reviewers

    Tip: if the option to Assign reviewers does not appear, make sure that 'All forms' is not selected at the top of the page.
  4. In the pop-up that appears, assign a score set, round, and select your reviewers

  5. If desired, select the Send assignment notification to reviewers checkbox and choose a configured 'Assignment created' notification from the drop-down; see: Ultimate guide to notifications for more information
  6. Click Assign reviewers
