Good Grants allows you to replace much of the default system text with terms and phrases that better suit your program. This allows you to align platform wording with your program terminology. For example, you may prefer "Submission" or "Nomination" instead of the default "Application".
Interface text can be edited in the Manage workspace at Settings > Content > Interface text.
Managing the 'Interface text' view
The interface text view allows you to filter and manage edited system text.

Edit interface text
- In the Manage workspace, go to Settings > Content > Interface text
- Locate the text item you want to change
- Enter your replacement wording
- Click Save
Enable interface text tool tips
Interface text tooltips allow you to edit system wording directly from the interface. When enabled, hovering over editable text will show the option Edit this text.
To enable tooltips:
- In the Manage workspace, go to Settings > Content > Interface text
- Enable Display tooltips to see all customisable interface text
- Click Save
You can then hover over editable text throughout the platform and select Edit this text to update it.
