Formatting with Markdown

Good Grants uses a WYSIWYG editor for formatting. Basic Markdown is also supported for simple styling.

Enable formatting for entrants

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Forms
  2. Click the ellipsis (three dots) beside a form and choose Form settings
  3. Open the 'Advanced' tab
  4. Select Enable HTML editor for applicants
  5. Click Save

Good to know

  • The editor includes built-in formatting tools (bold, italics, headings, links, and more).
  • Lists are not supported in field labels—use the hint field instead.
  • Markdown support is limited to basic formatting only.
