To help troubleshoot issues, the client success team may ask you to send a screenshot. A screenshot is an image of what appears on your screen. You can take one on any device and attach it to your reply.
Windows
Press Windows + PrtScn on your keyboard
The screenshot is saved in Pictures > Screenshots
Attach the image to your email to support
Mac
Press Cmd + Shift + 3 to capture the full screen
Press Cmd + Shift + 4 to capture a selected area
Screenshots are saved to your desktop

iOS device (with home button)
Press the Home button and the Power button at the same time

The image is saved in the Photos app

Include the full browser window in screenshots if possible. Avoid cropping out error messages or URLs.
