Can a chapter manager move an application into another category?

Chapter managers can change the category and chapter of an application after it has been submitted. This is useful when an applicant submits to the wrong chapter or category.

Move an application to a different chapter or category

To update an application:

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Applications
  2. Select the three dots next to the application
  3. Select Edit
  4. Change the chapter and/or category
  5. Select Save + close

Good to know

  • Chapter managers can move applications into other chapters. Once an application is moved out of a chapter, the original chapter manager can no longer access it.
  • If fields differ between categories or chapters, the application may become incomplete.
  • Application data is carried over only when the same fields exist in both locations.
