Assign reviewers via the Applications view

In addition to creating panels, manual assignments, or random assignments, you can pair reviewers with applications directly from the Applications view.

This method is useful when you need to assign a specific application to specific reviewers.

Assign reviwers to an application

1. In the Manage workspace, go to Applications
2. Click the overflow menu (three dots) next to the desired application
3. Select Assign reviewers
4. In the pop-up window, select the appropriate Score set
5. Choose the relevant Round
6. Select the reviewer(s) to assign
7. If required, select Send assignment notification to reviewers and choose the configured 'Assignment created 'notification
8. Click Assign reviewers

Good to know

• You must have a score set and round configured before creating assignments.
• Assignment notifications must be configured in advance under Settings > Communications > Notifications.
• Assignments created this way are treated the same as panel or manually created assignments.
• Reviewers will only see assignments that match the active round dates.
• For larger volumes of assignments, panels or random assignment may be more efficient.
