Clearing your browser cache

 

During troubleshooting, the Good Grants client success team may ask you to clear your browser cache. If a page is not loading correctly, your browser may be storing an older version of the page. This can prevent recent changes or assets from displaying properly.

After clearing your cache fully close your browser. Reopen the browser before trying again.

Good to know

  • Clearing cache does not delete applications or account data.
  • Cached files can cause pages to load incorrectly.
  • Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft and is not recommended for use with Good Grants.
  • Restarting the browser helps ensure changes take effect.
