In Good Grants, you can enable a slideshow view for reviewers in just a few clicks. This feature is useful for in-person reviewing sessions or when applications include multiple images or videos.
Activate a slideshow
In the Manage workspace, go to Reviewing > Settings > Score sets
Click the score set you want to enable a slideshow for
Open the 'Display' tab
In the 'Slideshow' section, select Slideshow view available
Click Save
Reviewer experience
Reviewers will see a slideshow button at the top left of the reviewing list and an icon next to each individual application. Clicking the button opens the slideshow in a new browser tab where images and videos display at maximum size. Reviewers can move through all media attached to the application followed by a summary view of all attachments. Reviewers can switch to full-screen mode using the on-screen controls.
Good to know
Slideshow view is enabled per score set.
All reviewers assigned to the score set will see the slideshow option.
Opening the slideshow does not affect scoring or progress.
