Searchable fields on score sets

By default, reviewers can filter their assignments by:

  • Chapter
  • Category
  • Status

You can also allow reviewers to search by specific custom fields that you have created. For example, if you have created an application field called "Organisation name", you can add it to the score set’s searchable fields. Reviewers will then be able to quickly search for applications submitted by a specific organisation.

Add a field to the reviewing search filter

Before adding a field to a score set, ensure it is configured as searchable.

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Reviewing > Settings > Score sets
  2. Click the name of the score set
  3. Open the 'Display' tab
  4. Under 'Searchable fields', select the field or fields you want reviewers to search by
  5. Click Save

Reviewers will now see the selected fields as search filters in their evaluation view.

Good to know

  • A maximum of three searchable fields can be added per resource type.

    • Date
    • Date & time

    • Time
  • To add searchable fields in the Manage workspace for Applications or Users, see the guide: How to search and filter.
