Configuring terms

 

Good Grants uses consistent words and phrases across the platform interface. Some of these can be customised to better match your program terminology. These adjustable labels are called terms.

Customise a term

To update a term:

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Settings > Content > Terms
  2. Select the term you want to change
  3. Enter both a singular and plural version
  4. Click Save

Good to know

  • Both singular and plural values are required for every term.
  • Lower case terms are recommended unless grammar requires otherwise as terms are automatically capitalised when used at the start of a sentence.
  • Custom terms apply across the platform interface.
