Add an attachment field

 

Attachment fields capture additional information about every attachment uploaded to the attachments tab. For example, if applicants need to submit project photos, each photo can have fields for date, location, and description.

Add an attachment field

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Applications 
  2. Click Edit form and choose a form
  3. Open your attachments tab
  4. Hover your cursor inside the small white box and click the + symbol when it appears
  5. In the configuration tray on the right side of the screen, select a Field type from the drop-down
  6. Provide a Label (seen by applicants) for your field
  7. Populate a Short title to be used in error messages and backend reporting
  8. Under the 'Categories' heading, choose whether the field is applicable to all categories or just some
  9. In 'Access', select if the field is required
  10. Click Save

Delete an attachment field

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Applications 
  2. Click Edit form and choose a form
  3. Open your attachments tab
  4. Locate the field you wish to remove and hover your cursor over it
  5. Click the settings icon that appears
  6. Choose Delete at the bottom of the configuration tray
