Block and unblock users

 

Grant managers may need to prevent users from accessing their account. This can be useful when a user no longer has permission to access the program, such as a former employee.

Users can be blocked or unblocked at any time.

Block a user

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Users
  2. Click the ellipsis (three dots) next to the user
  3. Select Block user
  4. Confirm the action

Once blocked, the user will no longer be able to access the account.

Unblock a user

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Users
  2. Click the ellipsis (three dots) next to the user
  3. Select Unblock user
  4. Confirm the action

The user will regain access to the account.

Good to know

  • Only account owners and grant managers can block or unblock users.
  • Blocked users cannot log in to the account. If a blocked user attempts to log in, they will see a message indicating their access has been restricted.
  • Unblocking a user restores their access immediately.
