Block and unblock users
You may want to prevent users from accessing your account. For example, an ex-employee who no longer works at the company and doesn’t have permission or authorization to access your account.
Block a user
- Go to Users and search for the user by name or email
- Click the three dots on the left on the name and select Block user

3. A confirmation message is displayed confirming the user has been blocked
Note: if a user tries to log in after you have blocked them, an error message will be displayed:

Unblock a user
- Go to Users and search for the user by name or email
- Click the three dots on the left on the name and select Unblock user
- A confirmation message is displayed confirming the user has been unblocked
