Block and unblock users

 

You may want to prevent users from accessing your account. For example, an ex-employee who no longer works at the company and doesn’t have permission or authorisation to access your account.

Block a user

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Users and search for the user by name or email 
  2. Click the three dots on the left on the name
  3. Select Block user

A confirmation message is displayed confirming the user has been blocked.

Note: if a user tries to log in after you have blocked them, an error message will be displayed: Error message

Unblock a user

  1. From the Manage workspace, navigate to Users and search for the user by name or email 
  2. Click the three dots on the left on the name
  3. Select Unblock user

A confirmation message is displayed confirming the user has been unblocked.
