How do I change my login credentials?

You can update your email address or password at any time from your profile.

Update your email address

1. When logged in, click your name in the top right
2. Select Profile
3. Click Edit next to your email
4. Enter your new email and current password
5. Click Save

Update your password

1. When logged in, click your name in the top right
2. Select Profile
3. Click Change password
4. Enter your current and new password
5. Click Save

Passwords must be at least 12 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a symbol. Learn more in Ultimate guide to user passwords.

Good to know

• Your new email address must be verified using a six-digit code.
• Check spam or junk folders if the code does not arrive.
• Each email address can only be used once across the platform; see User memberships: users registered in multiple accounts.

1. From the login page, enter your email address and click Continue
2. Select Forgot password
3. Follow the prompts to reset your password

What if my email address is already in use?

You may already have an account with that email. Try logging in or reset your password.
