A sandbox account is a separate environment used for testing. Sandbox accounts allow you to test features such as:
- API integrations
- Third-party integrations
- Program configuration
This testing can be performed without affecting the data or configuration of your primary account.
Sandbox accounts are available as a free add-on with an Enterprise subscription. If you would like to add a sandbox account or upgrade your subscription, contact our support team.
