What is the audit log?

The audit log provides a detailed, searchable record of user actions in your Good Grants account. It is included with the Enterprise plan. The log helps you track changes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance.

You can view audit activity in two places:

  • The full account audit log
  • The last 50 actions for an individual user, shown in their profile under the 'Audit' tab

The 'Audit' tab is only visible to account owners by default. Other roles can access the audit log if they have the Audit View permission. To learn more, see: Ultimate guide to user roles.
