Why can't I see the changes to my logo or theme?

 

After updating your theme settings, changes may not appear immediately. Although the platform automatically reloads, styling updates can sometimes take a moment to propagate.

Try the steps below, in order.

Refresh the page

  1. Refresh the page once or twice
  2. Allow a few seconds between refreshes for styles to update

Log out and log back in

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner
  2. Select Log out
  3. Log back into your account

Clear your browser cache

  1. Clear your browser cache
  2. Fully close your browser
  3. Reopen the browser and log in again

Good to know

  • Theme updates rely on cached CSS, which may take a few seconds to refresh.
  • If changes still do not appear, try using a different browser or device.
  • Cached assets are browser-specific, so changes may appear in one browser before another.
