Adding sponsor logos

 

You can add sponsor logos to various locations in Good Grants, such as chapters, categories, footer, and email.

Adding category sponsors

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Applications
  2. Click Edit form and choose your desired form if multiple have been configured
  3. Select the category you want to add sponsor(s) to
  4. Click the settings icon that appears alongside the category drop-down

  5. Scroll to and/or open the 'Images' section
  6. Click the Add images button or drag-and-drop in your desired image
    Tip: you can add multiple sponsor logos if desired.
  7. Click Save

You also have the option to:

  • Add a Heading such as “Category sponsored by:” that appears above the logo images
  • Control the size of logos by adjusting the Maximum image width value. Uploaded images that are larger than the maximum are automatically scaled down. Images smaller than the maximum are displayed at their original size.

Adding sponsors to the footer

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Settings > General > Theme and open the 'Footer' tab
  2. Under Footer logo, click Select file
  3. Choose the image you want to upload
  4. Click Save
  5. To see the result, refresh the page
Note: only one sponsor image can be uploaded to the footer space. If you have multiple sponsors, we recommend combining and arranging sponsor logos into a single composite image. This allows you to rank, size and label sponsor logos according to their contribution.

Adding sponsors to the email template

  1. From the Manage workspace, go to Settings > General > Theme and open the 'Email' tab
  2. Under 'Email footer logo', click Select file
  3. Choose the image you want to upload
  4. Click Save
  5. To see a preview, go to Users or Applications and click the Broadcast button
