You can download all data held about you in a Good Grants program through your user profile. To do so:
- Click on your name at the top right and choose Profile
- On the resulting profile page, click Download my data...
An email will be sent to your address with a password and a link to download a zip file of your data. The file will be removed after 48 hours and the link will no longer work. Should you need to download your data after this 48 hour period, please repeat the process outlined above.
The zip file will contain all of your applications, including attachments. Since the file contains personal information, it is encrypted and password protected. You will need to use an advanced unzipping application to open it. For Windows, we recommend using 7-Zip and for Mac, we recommend The Unarchiver.
Once the application has been installed, right-click on the file and choose Open with, which will let you select the newly-installed application.
