Leaderboard showing incorrect scores/decisions

If you update reviewing panels or scoring criteria, leaderboard results may become out of sync. You’ll need to manually recalculate scores to ensure accuracy.

Why recalculation is manual

Recalculation can be resource-intensive and may take a few minutes. To maintain system performance, it is not done automatically.

Recalculate scores

1. In the Manage workspace, go to Judging > Leaderboard
2. Select a score set
3. Click the Recalculate button that relates to your reviewing mode
   • Recalculate decisions for Qualifying
   • Recalculate picks for Top pick
   • Recalculate scores for Scoring
   • Recalculate votes for Voting
4. Refresh the page to view updated results

After recalculating, refresh your leaderboard to see updated results. 

Good to know

• Recalculate after any changes to panels or scoring criteria.
• Results will not update until recalculation is complete.
• The process may take several minutes depending on data size.
