Not all programs require scoring or formal decisions.
If you simply want reviewers to provide feedback in the form of comments, you can use Gallery reviewing mode.
Configure a gallery score set
You can use Reviewing fast start in the Manage workspace under Reviewing > Manage, or follow the manual steps below. If using Reviewing fast start, remember to open the score set afterwards and enable commenting.
- In the Manage workspace, go to Reviewing > Settings > Score sets
- Click New score set and choose your form
- Enter a name for the score set
- Select Gallery under 'Reviewing mode'
- Set optional Starts and Ends dates and times
- Open the 'Display' tab
- Under 'Commenting', select Comment on application invited
- Click Save
Create a gallery panel
- In the Manage workspace, go to Reviewing > Settings > Panels
- Click New panel and choose your form
- Enter a meaningful name
- Choose the score set you created
- Under 'Applications', select the relevant chapters, categories, and/or tags
- Under 'Who', define which users can access the gallery
- Click Save
Reviewers assigned to this panel will be able to leave comments only—no scoring or ranking is applied.
Export gallery comments
Galleries do not have a leaderboard because there are no scores or results.
To view or export gallery comments:
- In the Manage workspace, go to Reviewing > Settings > Assignments
- Open the Export drop-down
- Select your desired export

Good to know
- Commenting must be enabled in the score set 'Display' tab.
- If no start date is set, the gallery opens immediately. If no end date is set, the gallery remains open indefinitely.
- Galleries do not generate leaderboard results.
- Comments can be exported from Reviewing > Settings > Assignments.
