How do I give my reviewers access to the leaderboard?

The leaderboard displays applications alongside real-time reviewing results across all categories. By default, applications are ordered from the highest score to the lowest score. You can change the ordering by clicking a column heading in the table.

Grant managers can provide reviewers access to the leaderboard by adjusting role permissions.

Enable leaderboard access for reviewers

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Settings > Users > Roles
  2. Click the reviewer role
  3. Click Advanced
  4. Set Chapters Create and View to Allow
  5. Set Applications (others) View to Allow
  6. Set Scores (others) View to Allow
  7. Click Save

Once these permissions are enabled, judges can access the leaderboard in the Review workspace under Reviewing > Leaderboard.

Good to know

  • Granting leaderboard access also gives users access to Applications in the Manage workspace. This access is not restricted by panels or assignments.
  • Users with this permission can view scores for all applications.
  • Instead of modifying the existing reviewer role, you may wish to create a dedicated role for leaderboard access. Assigning a separate role allows you to provide or remove leaderboard access without altering the reviewer role. For more details, see the guide: Ultimate guide to user roles.
