Customise the list view

 

Grant managers and reviewers can choose which columns appear in list views. This helps tailor the interface to individual working needs.

Customise columns in applications and reviewing views

To customise columns:

  1. Open any list view
  2. Select the cog icon
  3. Select the fields you want to display
  4. Click Save

The table updates automatically.

You can also reorder columns. Simply drag and drop columns into your preferred order.

Good to know

  • Column changes apply only to the current user so each user can configure their own view independently.
  • Columns can be reordered at any time.
  • Browser window size may limit visible columns—hidden columns can be viewed by selecting the plus icon.
  • Reviewers with multiple score sets see multiple score columns.
  • Score visibility is controlled at the score set level.
