Using saved views

 

Saved views allow you to store frequently used advanced searches so you can quickly reapply them without resetting filters each time.

Saved views are available in the Manage workspace only.

Create a saved view

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Applications
  2. Click Advanced in the search bar (top right)
  3. Apply your desired filters (for example, Status: Submitted or Moderation: Undecided)
  4. Click Search
  5. Click Save view at the bottom of the search tray
  6. Enter a name for the view
  7. Choose Private (visible only to you) or Shared (visible to all grant managers)
  8. Choose whether to display the view in shortcuts
  9. Click Save

Use or edit a saved view

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Applications
  2. Click Advanced in the search bar (top right)
  3. Select your saved view

To edit or delete it, click the ellipsis (three dots) next to the saved view. 

Good to know

  • Saved views can be created for applications, users, and other list views with advanced search.
  • Private views are visible only to the creator. Shared views are visible to all grant managers.
  • Displaying a view in shortcuts provides one-click access.
  • Editing a saved view updates it for all users if it is shared.
