Delete and undelete an action flow task

Action flow tasks may need to be deleted, or undeleted, for a variety of reasons. For example, you may be testing your action flow configuration or, an action stage was manually initiated more than once for that application, or you have action flow tasks you no longer want in your 'Manage tasks' list. You can delete review tasks so the 'Manage actions' list is an accurate representation of completed and pending review tasks.

Delete an action task

1. In the Manage workspace, go to Action flow > Manage tasks
2. Select the checkbox next to the task you want to delete
3. Open the Action drop-down
4. Click Delete

Undelete an action task

1. In the Manage workspace, navigate to Action flow > Manage tasks
2. Change the toggle near the top of the screen from All but deleted to Deleted
3. Select the checkbox next to the review task you want to undelete
4. Open the Action drop-down
5. Click Undelete
6. Switch the view back to All but deleted
