Understanding your account dashboard

The dashboard gives users with manager permissions an at-a-glance view of program activity in Good Grants.

By default, the dashboard includes:

  • Selectors for season, forms, date range, and comparison
  • A daily volume chart showing in-progress and submitted applications
  • A completion chart showing submitted, in-progress, and resubmitted applications
  • A table of applications by category with counts for in-progress and submitted applications
  • A chart showing the distribution of user roles

Add charts to the dashboard

You can customise your dashboard by adding charts that display the data most relevant to your program.

  2. In the pop-up window, click on a chart to add or remove it from the dashboard

Good to know

  • Different dashboards will display to managers depending on their role—grant managers see account-wide data while chapter managers will only see their assigned chapter(s).
  • Some charts may not display data depending on the applied filters for season, date range, or comparison.
  • All dashboard data updates automatically as new activity occurs.
