Reviewing dashboard overview

The reviewing dashboard provides a clear summary of your program's reviewing progress on a single page. It is found in the Manage workspace under Reviewing > Manage.

Understanding the 'Manage' view

Each tile represents one reviewing stage and includes:

  • Score set name
  • Number of applications included in the reviewing stage
  • Number of reviewers taking part
  • Number of assignments
  • Reviewing round
  • Reviewing progress

Application and reviewer counts are inclusive of all panels, random assignments, and manual assignments. Depending on configuration, the number of assignments may not always equal the number of applications multiplied by the number of reviewers.

Managing your configuration

Click the overflow menu on a stage's card to access the following options:

  • Edit score set: update score set settings such as the name, reviewer commenting, and fields visible to reviewers
  • Leaderboard: opens Reviewing > Leaderboard with the score set applied to compare application results
  • Panels: opens Reviewing > Settings > Panels filtered for the score set to update reviewers and choose included applications
  • Progress: opens Reviewing > Progress filtered for the score set to view each reviewer's assignment total, completed assignments, and completion percentage
  • Scoring criteria: opens Reviewing > Settings > Scoring criteria filtered for the score set to link criteria to fields, adjust controls, and add hint text
  • Assignments: opens Reviewing > Settings > Assignments filtered for the score set to view all assignments

Configure additional reviewing elements

From the Reviewing > Manage view, you can quickly create or add to your reviewing configuration using the available links:
