Access previous year's data

 

Most programs use seasons to manage applications and reviewing.

Typically, one season runs per year. When a new season is set to active:

  • The previous season is archived
  • Applications remain intact
  • Reviewing results remain accessible

No data is deleted when a season is archived.

View an archived season

Use the season toggle displayed at the top of most pages in the Manage workspace.

  1. Select the archived season you want to view
  2. The page will refresh to display applications and reviewing results from that season.

You can then export or download any required data.

Good to know

  • Activating a new season automatically archives the previous one.
  • Some platform areas are non-seasonal and do not include a season selector.
  • Advanced search filters are often seasonal. Filters such as chapter, category, and tag only apply to the selected season.
  • If you switch seasons and see no results, clear your filters.
