How do I delete/cancel my account?

We’re sorry to see you go! The current account owner can begin the cancellation process through the billing portal.

Cancel your account

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of the page and select Billing
  2. Open the 'Subscription' tab
  3. Click Delete account
  4. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to confirm your account closure

Good to know

  • Only the current account owner can delete the account. If the account owner is no longer with your organisation, contact the client success team for assistance.
  • Once deleted, all program data and configurations will be permanently removed
  • If you don’t receive the confirmation email, check your junk or spam folder and mark app.awardforce.com as a safe sender.
