Good Grants allows you to share reviewing feedback with applicants so they can understand how their applications performed and where improvements could be made.
Feedback may include:

- Category average comparisons
Feedback is shared using a feedback round.

- Enter a name for the round
- Select Feedback round under 'Round type'
- Set the Starts and Ends dates and times
- Select the relevant chapters if applicable

- Choose whether to display comments, scores, and/or category average
- Click Save
Feedback visibility options
When configuring a feedback round, you can control who sees the feedback.
- Visible to applicants: allows applicants to view reviewing feedback on their applications.
- Visible to reviewers: allows reviewers to see feedback and scores from other reviewers.
- Anonymise reviewers: removes reviewers’ names from comments.
- Display total scores only: shows only the total score and overall comments. Individual scoring criteria and related comments will not appear.
Choose feedback content
You can choose which information appears in the feedback.
- Comments: displays comments submitted by reviwers.
- Scores: displays scores from Scoring mode score sets.
- Category average: displays the average score across all applications in the same category.
Scores shown to applicants represent the average score across all reviewers, not individual reviewer scores.
