Some countries have specific SMS regulations that restrict how and when messages can be sent. These rules are designed to reduce fraud and protect recipients.
Mobile verification codes
The six-digit verification code sent when a user:
- Registers for the first time
- Adds a mobile number to their profile
Will always be sent from the registered sender ID CR4CE in countries that support a sender ID. This message cannot be customised.
Other SMS notifications
All other SMS messages:
- Use your account name as the sender ID
- Can be customised via Settings > Communications > Notifications in the Manage workspace
Exceptions apply in certain countries due to local legislation.
