New manager training service
If you would like personalised support, Good Grants offers a training service designed to help new grant managers understand the platform and the program’s configuration.

The service includes four sessions of 30 minutes each. You can request to combine these into two sessions of 60 minutes.
Below is a general outline. From session 2 onwards, content is tailored to your program’s configuration and needs.
Session 1: building blocks
In this session, we'll show you the building blocks of the Good Grants platform — homepage, application form, content, user management, email notifications, how to start a new season, get help, and more.
Session 2: grant management overview
Learn how to use the powerful time saving features in Good Grants. We will show you how to manage and communicate with your users, export data, track progress, moderate applications, and other features and functions to help you save time.
Session 3: reviewing overview
A reviewing consultation to help you set up and get ready for application review, including how to analyse results and move shortlist applications to subsequent stages if necessary.
Session 4: Q&A
We’ll answer any follow-up questions you may have and/or discuss any areas of improvement to grow your grants. Feel free to discuss your strategies with us and we’ll advise how best to use Good Grants features for best results.
You can invite as many colleagues as you like to these live online training sessions. We only ask you to be mindful of the session times, as we run back-to-back sessions most days.

- This training is for accounts already configured or used for at least one season.
- Onboarding is recommended for new accounts that have not yet been configured.
- Pricing is charged in your account billing currency.
- You can invite unlimited colleagues to join sessions.
- Weekly spacing between sessions is recommended for practice and follow-up questions.
- Sessions can be combined into longer sessions if preferred.
- Content from session 2 onwards is customised based on your program’s configuration and stage.
