Why doesn't my login work?
There are a few reasons you might have trouble logging in:
- A user account doesn't exist for the email address or mobile number
- The password is wrong
- Your user account is linked to multiple programs

What to do:
- It can be easy to overlook a typo at a glance. Double-check the email address you are logging in with is spelled correctly.
- Try a password reset— click the Reset password link in the login box. If there is a user account with that email address or mobile number, you will receive an email with a password reset link. Be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder.
Password is wrong
What to do:
If you have tried repeatedly and are certain you have typed the password correctly, try resetting the password— click the Reset password link in the login box.
If there is a user account with that email address or mobile number, you will receive an email with a login link.
User account is linked to multiple programs
The program you are trying to log in to uses a platform called Good Grants.
If you are a regular with awards, grants, or similar application/review programs, your login details are the same across all awards/grants on Good Grants.
If you are logging in with an email address associated with another Good Grants program, your password will be the same as that other program.
