How do I change the account owner of our program?
The account owner within Good Grants is:
- The person who will receive invoices and notifications for subscription renewal from us
- The only person who can remove Grant manager access from a user
- The person who can instruct us to make any changes to your plan or account
If the current account owner is still with your business
Please have the current account owner email us advising who the new account owner should be. We can then update the owner details at our end.
If the current account owner is no longer with your business
For security reasons, we will need a formal request for account owner change on company letterhead, signed by the CEO or equivalent. Please submit this via this form.
