Sometimes you may want to upload documents containing important information for applicants or reviewers to download. To make a document available for download, there are several external services you can use, and then link to, from your grants program. These include:
- Google documents
- Your own website (most website content management systems have a media library which can be used to store documents as well as images)
You can add links to externally-hosted documents in any content block at Settings > Content > Content blocks or to any content-type field. Create a new content block or edit an existing one and use the link icon in the toolbar to create a hyperlink. To create a content field, see this guide: Field configuration.
