You may notice a discrepancy between the number of users you've selected to broadcast a message to and the number that appears while sending or on the 'New broadcast' page. This can be for a number of reasons, but the most common is that applicants have chosen to unsubscribe from receiving broadcast emails in their profile.
You can check whether this is the case by searching for the user and then clicking to view their profile. On the Preferences tab you'll see their subscription settings.
After saving, columns will appear on your user's list. You can click on the column headings to sort by 'Yes' or 'No' results.
In order for users to understand the importance of subscribing to these options, we recommend configuring a content block within this area to tell them these two channels will be used when you communicate with them. To do so:
- Navigate to Settings > Content > Content blocks
- Click New content block
- Under Content location, select Profile preferences info box
- Add a Title, a Content, and define the Visibility
- Click Save
