Good Grants is a fantastic way to manage the complete end-to-end process of your grants program, however, we have recognised a need where data collected in your Good Grants platform may need to be shared with a 3rd party CRM system. Therefore we have built an integration process allowing you to share data you want between Good Grants and Salesforce.
- You can send user information to Salesforce when someone registers or updates their user profile in your Good Grants program
- You can send application information directly to Salesforce when an application is submitted
- You can send 'contributor' details (i.e. records of data collection in an application), listed in applications, directly to Salesforce, when the application is submitted
Integrations with Salesforce allow you to send data from your Good Grants platform to specific objects in Salesforce such as Contacts, Leads, Accounts as well as custom objects. This means you can use lookup fields in Salesforce to create relationships between your data sets. For example, a user who registers in Good Grants could be a record in your Contacts object, then, all applications by this user might be added to a custom object named "Applications" in Salesforce. Each one of their applications would list who the applicant is and include a direct link to their Contact record and vis versa.
